I would like to know what temp my PIII 800EB processor can reach. I now get up to 50 degrees C and that is with a very cheap cooler, i am getting a Global Win WBK38 tomorrow. But what temp most i set the alarm from MBM?

Thanks in advance.

Well, Intel says 80*c..take a look here (http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm) at their website. I set mine for 55*C but if it gets anywhere near 50 I start to get really worried. Intels shouldn't run that hot, even overclocked. Thats just my opinion though.

I was thinking the same thing, 55C is about right. If it gets that hot you're in trouble, so setting it higher will only increase the potential for further damage or problems.

And also take into account the fact that your system will be more Unstable at higher temps. The cooler your cpu is the more stability your system should have.
