o/c a P4 1.3ghz?

my friend has a P4 1.3ghz and wants to o/c. i told him to look in bios for anything to do with a clock multiplyer/fsb setting and he didnt see anything. He doesnt know what mobo he has...i believe the comp is a Dell 8100 series. How fast can he get on a stock hsf and whats the max frequency he can hit on it?

Thear are no records of a p4 1.3 in the database, and the average for the 1.4 is 1616mhz, As far as o/d'n, good luck on a dell, try to find out what MoBo he has and look up the jumper settings on it, probably not in the BOIS as it is a pre-built putter, also might want to try SoftFSB, you can download this @ twaekfiles.com, don't know if this will work on a p4 or not, but worth looking at.
