Celeron 566@850 is it causing problems?

ok ive got a 566@850 default cc0 voltage 1.7 with gorb. temp peaks at 42. ok ive had this for almost 6months now and everthing is basically fine (i can play games etc.) but i sometimes get quite a few illegal operations, and crashes. could this be related to the OC? or harddrive problem? or is it just stupid win98? thanks. ive run defrag, scanned for viruses, scandisk, reformatted. etc.

It looks pretty good, have you tried upping your Vcore to 1.75 and/or your Vio one notch? That might do the trick you know. 1.7 or 1.75 won't make much of a difference for your temps.

yeah ill try 1.75. but how do i change the vio voltage?
