Once again it depends on what shroomer listed...but on average...most can do 2.2Ghz (11x200)...

Since it is locked, there is nothing you can do to unlock it.

But if you are willing to spend for money, get the DFI mobo, and some PC3500 or PC4000(not sure about this one), and you can up the FSB to 250. Some guys in thr forum manage to do that.

People did ask about why increasing FSB to get higher frequency is better than just increasing the multiplier.

Obviously, the CPU freq is Multiplier times FSB. The FSB is the speed where data is transfered between the CPU and Mobo. That is why you want to increase the FSB to fully utilize the extra speed of your CPU.

Actually, no it wont work...

Second item that works against us is AMD's new packaging they've begun implementing. It will be near impossible to modify the CPU, and our methods here will almost certainly not work.

1.8v is from my old sigil i didnt update it yet...

right now its 11x200 at 1.7v, however its runing stable anymore... it was for a day... it is most stable at 190x11 1.7v.

That Viperlair article is wrong. You can't unlock a Barton using the trick they are showing. Secondly they state a 2500+ at 11.5X166
Wrong again. A 2500+ is 11X166. The 2600+ barton runs 11.5X166
