I am wondering what are the habitual signs that a certain PSU is too weak.

I mean do the computer reboot? or he freeze?

The reason I am asking this is because I don't know if my mobile 2500+ is overclocked to his max or it's the PSU that is too low.

All of the things are on my sig exept the PSU that is a Sparkle (Fortron) 350W ----> FSP-350

My computer is freezing if I try to go higher that 2650 even with more and more voltage.

On MBM 5 : +12.0 line is: 11,37V and -12.0 line is: -13,09V

What do you think?

yes...random reboots and freezes are some signs...the main sign is low rail lines...like you have...if what you stated is correct...

+12@11.37 is way too low for even a default system...

Ok then it's a good and bad new! I will try another PSU and maybe my cpu will overclock more :)

you might want to check those rails with a multimeter as mbm is not very accurate.
