4.7 in my 5 V

hey guys my moderboard (a7n8x-x) reports 4.7 Volts on the 5 V is that ok?
I have 4 fans 2 HD 2 CD-drives I have my 2500 barton @ 2.25 Ghz @ 189 FSB. mt PSU is a FORTRON fsp300-60atv.
My system does not crash or anything, it does not give me anyproblems but I read that the better the 5V the better you overclock.
