I am looking for a program that can make a simple 32x32 icon. This will be for a mIRC script I am making. Freeware is preffered.

Try a program called Irfanview.

mspaint will save images as .ico which is what you want

Ah, thankyou Jigpu. I got Gimp anyway as I will be making some other things for the script too, like background etc.

I don't completly understand how to save it is an icon. Do I just type in icon.ico in the save as area? There is nothing from the drop down box that is .ico. Am I missing something?



EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.
