2.4 at last! will it stay that way?

so, i finally reached my goal of 2.4 ghz with my 1700 chip, but that is without my fancy power hungry video card installed. i'm worried that it will cause more drain on the psu and cause my voltages to drop or vary more. should i be worried, or is a voltage drop when a cpu is under load because of the voltage regulators on my mobo?

anyway, i just wanted to celebrate that, because its good. (oh, and my ram is not dying any longer, i just thought it was. whoops!)
