WinXP Themes Question

I just downloaded a WinXP theme but now how do I get it to work as my Theme!

first off, do you have either a program such as <a href="http://www.tgtsoft.com/download.php">style xp</a> installed or the <a href="http://http://www.lightstar1.com/install.htm">uxtheme.dll hack</a>? If you have style xp then you open the program up and in the theme section you should be able to find it in there, with the uxtheme hack right click you desktop properties and in the first tab click on the drop down box and find it there.
