Please Help Me
Well, I used to run a SE6 and C-566 combo, so I have a little experience doing this. What is it you need to know? I will tell you the very first thing you need to do is to increase the amount of cooling. Heat is the enemy.

Problem 1: i have a golden orb on my prozessor!!(Not enough cooling) Try switching to a better heatsink and fan combo might want to try a fop -38 I think they would fit your board. Somone else I am sure will back me on this.
Next question : How many case fans do you have in your computer sucking air into the case?
I do need to say that I have seen the 667 do some nice overclocking.
I set the FSB to 100 with stock intel heatsink and fan. Idled at 37C and maxxed at 46C under full load. Not bad at stock voltage. I would recommend climbing slowly, but putting your cards out of spec isn't usually too smart... i prefer to jump to a nice, even overclock first, if it doesn't run, reset the CMOS and then try tweaking.
Yours might not be in that class of chip (this chip really could have been a P3 1GHZ, but Intel sold it as a celeron). Follow the advice above if your CPU's running hot. Get a program to monitor your temps, like MotherBoard Monitor (MBM). By hot I mean 40C idle and over 50C+ under full load. A good rule of thumb is 'the cooler the better', but only need to be concerned with getting it as cool as it needs to be to run stable, usually 30C idle and 40C under full load.
Try increasing the voltage if it doesn't boot, never past 2.00V (hell, I never ran a chip past 1.90).

Read through the tips section and get yourself some background knowledge you have good equipment maybe your ram could be better OH and if you can ditch the orb as it is not a very good HSF if you must keep it then read up on Lapping and then give it a good lapping and this will help. Theres more to overclocking then raising FSB [frontsidebus] and CV [core voltage to your CPU] as Batboy said cooling is the key the more you overclock the cooler your CPU temps will need to be if my CPU gets over 35C i will loose stability. anyway everyone here will be glad to help when or if you run into problems but first do some reading and your PC will thank you later.
goodluck
