Which is better? (latency timing)

Can anyone tell me which one is better to have?

U probably won't see much difference but 2-3-2-6 would be better. I would try 2-2-2-6 if I were u , that would even be better. U might up ur vdimm a little though to 2.7 to 3.0v for stabilty.

While memtesting my new ram I didn't see any difference in memory speed from 2-3-2-8 to 2-3-3-8. When I changed it to 2-2-2-8 there was a jump in the speed. So I don't think the 3rd number really has anything to do with the speed of the memory (I am still learning though ;) ). This should hold true for your timmings as well.
