I actually tried to reply to a question in another post and it ended up in the wrong place. As for saying the card runs at the FSB speed, i didn't think that was implied- infact I talked a little bit about the card having its very own bus speed.

All the post is saying that the bus speed of a graphics card should be taken into account when setting device latency.
