nothing wrong with it,runnin a little hot,but its not been oced yet, till I put water to it.jusy gettin the stuff for another box is all, same mobo though, but its a refurb

Just like any other AMD chip, it depends on the stepping and week. If it's a DLT3C Thoroughbred "B", and of a recent week, but not new enough to be locked, then it's a great deal :)

If it's a Thoroughbred "A", or a DUT3C "B" chip then it isn't worth buying. Unfortunately newegg doesn't share the detailed specifics with us, so it's a shot in the dark if you order this processor.

Is the gamble worth $49 for you?

well, now that you mention it putting an 1800 in the next mobo is kinda useless, guess a 2500 mobile for 50 bucks more is cheap horsepower
