Is there a PC4000 that uses BH-5? Or were PC4000 dimms first released after BH-5 had gone out of production?

umm i highly doubt that and if so dont u think u would see people with much higher overclocks and everyone would have them not to be mean or nuttin but look around do some searches and you will find that pc4000 wont perform no where near to what bh-5 memory can

Not 100% sure what you were trying to convey there Sophisticated

The answer is, no, BH5 isn't technically rated for PC4000 speeds. In reality, BH5 is more than able to attain those speeds (and higher) if you feed them enough voltage.

Most "real" PC4000 and higher are top-grade Samsung, ADATA and Hynix chips. Usually these higher speed memory sticks run at very loose timings and usually don't operate well with tight timings even at much lower speeds.

It does not matter so much what the modules are called.
As long as the PCB is of decent quality, most BH5 based memory should perform about the same. But individual modules still vary, whether they are Kingston, Mushkin, OCZ or Corsair.
Some O/C very well some are just OK.

BH5 chips have been sold in modules labelled:
2700 (Kingston Value Ram)
3000 (Kingston KHX3000)
3200 (Corsair 3200LL v1.1, KHX3200, Muhskin lvl 2)
3500 (Corsair 3500C2, Mushkin lvl 2, Kingston KHX3500,OCZ 3500 Limited Edition)
3700 (Buffalo)
No PC4000 because to reach DDR500 you would need voltage that most mobo's can't not supply(without a voltmod).

But the ones with the highest rating were not necessarily the best, in fact some arguee that the 3700 ones where about the worst.

Nowadays you should be happy that you can find any BH5 based modules. And since the ones you are looking at are tested at DDR440 you know they should be OK.

They still have BH-6 out there, just need to give them a lot of volts. And they arent too bad on price (well, 135 a stick for 512 isnt too bad for me anyways)
