Hi dwog,
It's the newest release of Intel Cpu (Pentium /// & Celeron) made with the technology of 0.13 micron, and his name in codei s Tulatin.

Dwog,
The Tualatin is Intel's new socket 370 chip and the successor to the Coppermine core. It uses the new .13 micron die size technology, what uses was less juice than the .18 micron variants. Thus, unless a third party comes up with a voltage regulator to plug into the socket 370 and the Tualatin, it will not be compatable with current mobos.
The boards that support the Tualatin will be FCPGA2, or have compatible chipset (i.e. VIA Apollo Pro 266T or Intel 815 EP). Two SMP boards that support DDR and Tualatins are the Supermicro Super P3TDDR and the Iwill DVD266u.
The Tualatin's are accompanied by the Coppermine - T's which look almost the same but are a little lighter in color and have a different shaped transistor pattern in the back, both have the same integrated heat spreader/shim on top and can also be differentiated by the number on the top (see Tom's hardware: www.tomshardware.com). The Coppermine-T is a .18 micron Coppermine retrofitted to work in the Tualatin motherboards, it can be differentiated from the Coppermine by looking for the integrated heat spreader/shim on top, the Coppermine just has the exposed die.
