Begiining Dump of Physical Memory

I have no clue as to what it means or how to correct the problem..any help available?
:(

Which OS? 2k or XP?

Best bet is to go to the MS Knowledge Base and try doing a search for the error codes.

Most of the pages were pretty specific (USB problems, problem with tcpip.sys), but this is a general page about what exactly the 0x000000D1 error is.

Might also see if this is of any help.
