A7N8X D-R2 Bios Settings

Just wondering about a couple of thins. 1) Should the memory frequency be set to SPD or Auto? 2)Should the CPU interface be set to optimal or aggressive? 3) Ihave my ram timings @ 2-2-2-6,but some say put it @ 2-2-2-11, which is best & why? 4) Not bios related but ...should I take out the Northbridge heatsing and put Artic Silver 5 on it?

1) I use "SPD"
2) I use "User Defined"
3) You might have to test different configurations because this is a nforce phenomenon where using 2-2-2-11 actually gives better performance sometimes.
4) I would not recommend it unless you're sure you know what you're doing.

Just use the settings that best suit your hardware setup and your purpose.
