I got a PIII 700 coppermine with the family 3, model 8, stepping 3. WHich is suppose to be the good steping. My system specs are......

Soyo 6BA+100
Pentium 700 coppermine with golden orb
Antec 300WAT PSU
Maxtor 7200 RPM 40GB ATA-100
Kenwood 72 TRUE-X cd-rom
TDK 12x burner
392 ram PC-133 (256, and 128 sticks)
Geforce 2 GTS DDR with sandwich cooling
Sound blaster live mp3
Linksys NIC
PLENTY OF COOLING!
700@854 at 77 degrees

Now I can run a FSB of 122 FULLY STABLE not even having to raise the voltage, however once i bump it to 933 the computer alwasy gets errors in games or locks up. I have raised the voltage 7.5% should I raise it more?
Can yall please give me some info on what my bottleneck could be? I think 933 should be in my reach but I can't figure out why I can't do it, I have even tried lowering the ram timings from 2 to 3. give me some ideas please

Try turning your memory settings to 3-3-3.
If it still has problems raise the vcore to +10% but make sure your temps stay within reason.
Depending upon how many memory slots you have free sometimes moving the memory to the last bank helps. You might also try forcing your agp rate to 1x.

is the temp you posted at idle or full load?
what do you mean by raising the voltage by 7.5%?

I would try a few things, try running only 1 stick of memory or start removing components from the computer to see if one of them is the problem...
Oh and get rid of the orb there not the greatest of coolers
