I have PIII 667Mhz, with Asus P3V 4X mobo.
I tried OC by changing my PCI frequency. I got up to 700Mhz, but I don't know how to get any higher. My main problem is that I don't know which frequency to change to. When I try some of the PCI frequencies the BIOS says that they are improper and that I have to chage them. I just found 2 frequencies that get my CPU to 700Mhz and my pc is stable, and so does the temperature. How can I find the right frequencies that will give me more Mhz?

There is only one frequency that will get your more Mhz and that is your Front side bus frequency. Chances are that the one that you changed and gave you the incorrect frequency error is your front side bus speed. It gave you the error because you probably need to disable the CPU speed warning in order to OC on that board.

How can I disable the CPU speed warning. If you mean setting the CPU speed to "manual" I already changed it, and still I can't get more than 700Mhz...

So what can I do?

Look for speed error hold or something simular but you may have problems overclocking because of many things from memory, PCI cards to NIC cards and your hard drive, my best advise would be for you to read through the tips section and get yourself some good background knowledge and your PC will thank you later.
