Ahhhhhh the day i get my 9800 my god damn pump dies! i couldnt be more mad right now. Its weird, it worked fine for months and i unplug it for 2 days and now it wont turn over. I can hear it trying to start but it seems to be jammed, if i hit it on my plalm it slowly crunches a few times and dies again. what should i do?!!?!?!

im not sure how to open it, i pried the back off and it seems to be solid on the inside, like for submersing the pump, so im not sure how to get to the impeller shaft. anyone know how to do this?!

Turn the blue thingy at the front anti-clockwise and it will come off, from there the impeller housing will come out.

The filter front has to be taken off first before you can get access to the 'blue part'
