My PIII 800 is running @ 1040 and has been stable for about 3 weeks. Then it started crashing when starting windows and I just got a illegal kernal error and my comp froze. My FSB is 130, pc100 ram @ 130, core voltage @ 1.90, and a alpha pept w/ peltier and two deltas. below 0 degrees celcius @ idle and 29 c @ full load. Also, my system tempurature is 32 c and the case tempurature is 28 c. I don't think it's the tempurature, but maybe pushing the ram or cpu too far. Anyone know what the problem is?

If anything I would suspect the RAM. I don't think 1040 is bad for an 800E. Especially with the pelt. Get some PC-133, its cheap, a 256meg stick from Crucial is less than $45.

ooh, like Kingslayer says, this realy smells fishy of a ram problem. Get some PC133 in that puppy!
