As the subject says I'm having volt problems, it's kindof a long story. Basically I first was using a 350W FSP and the fan gave out, took me awhile to notice but I did not have problems with it at the time. I replaced the fan with a 120mm vantec stealth.

Since then I've had a lot of problems. Whenever I start a game, the comp freezes. After a extended period of use with medium load, running winamp or something and browsing, it tends to freeze and my 12V rail drops below 10. At no load, my 12V is about 10.5-11 and the 5V is constant around 3. These are according to MBM and BIOS. This is low from what I've read so I assumed there was damage to the psu.

I have just recently borrowed my roommate's spare psu, an enermax 340W, and the rails are more or less the same. Same freezing problems.

What should I do, is something draining abnormally? Is my motherboard damaged somehow?

I run a Barton 2500+ on a Shuttle AN35N Ultra, r8500 video, corsair 2100 ddr in dual channel, 2 hard drives, a cdrw, and one extra fan. Not that much.

Any ideas?

Wow I feel *really* stupid right now. Seems all this time I've been forgetting to plug in the 12V connector for the motherboard.. noticed when I went to clear my BIOS.

Yeah, those ATX12 connectors really supply a lot of juice to the mobo. There's only one +12 connector on the standard main power connector.
