max oc i can get on this card is 360/355 which is fine as long as it is stable

but sometimes it's stable, sometimes it's not(heat is not an issue...)

i can run atitool18 for 1.5hours artifact free and 3dmark01/03 aswell but if i tell radlinker to boot up at these settings i get corruption all over my screen

i even decided to play it safe and bring down the mem which is manually tested with 3dmark and also with atitool to 340 and it ran perfectly, so i set randlinker to boot at these settings and after a quick reboot i can artifacts, these same exact settings were working perfectly just 2 mins ago but not now :/

i can accept a low oc but i just dont' see why it works sometimes and not other times

core is not a problem cause booting at 360/310 always works fine

pertanent info:
-using cat 4.2, tried 3.7 aswell and same prob....
-vga silencer+as5, shim is still on cause it's perfectly in level with the gpu
-ramsinks
-samsung 2.8ns mem
-had this problem before i got the vga silencer
-rails are all above what they are supposed to be except +12V averages to about 11.95V-11.97V
-case temp: 19C-23C
-low rpm side panel fan blowing cold air directly onto the card(very cold down here)
-cpu oc 11h prime95 tested

any help would be appriciated
