1.6ghz and 1.4 ghz opertons under 200$, any overclockers?

Has anyone tried overclocking these to a useful speed?

to get these chips to a respectible speed I'm betting you would need some PCI locks, as if these chips are even good OCers, their low stock multipliers will be in the way of a good OC.

Well thats what i want to know, if anyones taken one to 2ghz or so..those things would rock.

They are strange overclockers. They all seem to overclock by 200MHz max, regardless of cooling. They are not overclocker's processors. I'd suggest waiting until the A64 2800+'s come out for a high performing budget processor. Opterons really aren't a good idea for anything other than a workstation.
