I started out with (2) 64MB in each of 2 slots and the C-Rimms in the other 2 slots and my system ran fine. I then added (2) 128MB pieces of Samsung (same as other memory) replacing the C-Rimms. Now when I run Quake3, 3DMark 2001 or any other graphically intense apps, I get about 5 min into it and my puter restarts spontaneously. I have reloaded Win along with all my apps. I loaded latest Detonator drivers for my GeForce2 MX BUT CANNOT FIGURE THIS OUT!! I want the added memory, bu this is turning out to be a major pain in my anus. It's like my system freaks out with the added memory in the other slots. PLEASE HELP! Nothing is overclocked.

Sounds like you got a bad stick somewhere.
Since you added its probably one of those so swap each one with one of your old ones and see if it reboots still.

Try replacing the 64's with C-rimms It the you still have a problem my guess would be a bad chip.
