I have had my Celeron 633@900 with 95 fsb for a few months with no problems. Today, when I booted the computer, it said it was at 633, so I went into bios to check it. But in the bios, it said my fsb was 95. I tried resetting cmos a few times and tried using 75, 83, and 100 fsb and it still didn't work. WCPUID also said I'm at 633 with 66 fsb.
I have an Abit BX133 with celeron633 and 256 ram. It is running fine right now, its just that I can't overclock. Thanks for any help.

I tried flashing the bios but it still didn't work. Is it the cpu or motherboard thats messed up?

Wow, you didn't change anything and when you booted up the computer was at a different FSB than when you powered down? You were overclocking before with the bios, not jumpers on the mobo, right? I would tend to think it's a motherboard issue because that is what determines the FSB. Intel just locks the clock multipliers.

any chance you can try your chip in a friends machine or their chip in yours?
