I really really do. Few days ago I tried to take my 2100s oc a bit further. OOps broke 1 chip. Then yesterday we had a power failure here that took out my power supply on my main rig. I don't have a UPS but i do have surgeprotectors. GO figure. Anyhoo I'm back limping on my main rig.

Sorry to hear that dude. Check to see if your suger protector has a guarantee.

Having broken my share of hardware I can empathize with your pain, amigo. :(

One of the things about overclocking is the thrill of successfully "getting more than you paid for." It is thrilling in part (at least) BECAUSE of the risks required.

Sometimes that price must be paid, unfortunately.

Don't give up- the joy of Free mhz is worth it, IMAO :D

i think i know what i did wrong on my MP rig. When i cleaned the AS3 off of the cores i think some of the alcohol might have dislodged the conductive paint for my L5 mods on the one chip. I just really hate digging that box out of the jungle of wires under my desk. gimme a few days to get bored enough to tackle em again. If it comes down to it my first paycheck from my newjob will go towards some MP2800s.
