What is a good program I could use to overclock a p2 233 from within windows?? Also i dont know the motherboard type, other than that it is intel.

Only one I can think of is SoftFSB. It allows you to up your FSB , which is probably your only option on an Intel board. Do a search and you should be able to find it.

i don't think any windows apps will work on such an old cpu. in those days dip switches and jumpers were the only way to OC.
