once again i am a nube and have not plunged into watercooling and i was wondering which is better heater core or radiator and i need it to be under 50 dollars since i'm low on funds

Both, actually. You can either stretch the tubing, or change the barbs, or buy a premodded DD heater core. Most heater cores around 6" wide, so they don't fit perfectly in a case.

thanks for your help so far but do u know of any that are case, hosing, and fan friendly a link would be greatly appreciated

it depends on what kind and how big of a rad you get. heatercores tend to have less fin count psi = less heat transfer.
size for size i would go with and aftermarket rad.

good luck
