Who is the master of the P3B-F ASUS that can save me?

I have downloaded the new bios ver so it can use Intel 3 850 RIGHT? So why does it not pick it up. I've tested the 850 on another computer it works. But it won't work on my Asus 440BX P3B-F. Is there jumper setting I should know about? Please help me!!!! Or anything else to help me to fix this? I must have this to work if you know how please help me.

Try setting the dipswitches to all off.
Put it Jumperless Mode.
What is the default voltage of your 850?

Are you sure you flashed the BIOS correctly? Does it show a new version now? If not, try flashing it again...
