I'm currently on a pretty fast Cable connection (5000/750). I was doing some playing around with netmeeting with my friend across the country, doing video conferencing, and noticed some annoyances. First off was the framerate and lag in the video, it sucked. No matter what size, and quality I set it to, the video would start sreeaming normally, and nicely, then after a minute would slow to a crawl. Same with the audio. It would start out high quality, then degrade to choppy poor quality. It was almost like Netmeeting was throttling its bandwidth usage down to nothing for some reason. Why is that?
