best settings?

ok with what you guys see in my sig. what settings should I try to get the best out of everything I have.
if posible be VERY DETAILED to all settings in the bios. I have the tictac betaking bios. hum I beleave I do.

Tictacs Alpha 1 Betaking Turbo Rev2 is currently the best available.

Disable everything that has a "%" sign
Enable CPU interface
Disable CPU Disconnect

RAM Settings (as depicted in BIOS)

Disable Fast Writes
Set AGP to 8x
AGP voltage to 1.6v
VDD to 1.7v
RAM volt to 2.6v
