cooling for the 2500+mobile?

whith the increased clock speeds what is the best air coolin for the 2500+m?
is it still the SP-97?

the SP-97 is the best, only bad thing is you got to have the mother board mounting holes for it to work

on thermalright's web sit there is a nft-s 1.2 and nf7-s 2.0 i take it your board is one of those. so if so then you will have no problem

yup it will mount the nf7, just grab that and a nice 92mm fan.

word around here is that tornado is da best but it sounds like a blowdryer. panaflo's do a decent job without da noise at around 30-35db.

The Tornados rock and you can get a 4 to 3 pin and hook it to a fan controller and turn the sound down a lil

The SP97 and 92mm tornado are a great combo.
Its nice to have the power to push the processor to the MAX when I'm NOT home, then reboot and tune down the overclock and the fan speed with a rheostat controller when at my desk.

I can run 2800mhz at 2.0V with 49C temps loaded and then

2300 at 1.55V with an almost SILENT fan setting.
