NF7-S users with sata raid raptors

I've been wondering about my two raptors. In atto and hdtach, the max read/write I can get is 103mb or so. Burst speed in hdtach is 110

I've seen others with 120mb max but I realized it was because it was on intel's onboard motherboard. I was wondering if any of you nf7-s users have any benchies to show me. Guess I should compare apples to apples.
