OK, let me start out with giving you the specs:

1. 300 Celeron (casheless)
2. Abit WB6 Mobo (intel 810 chipset, supports celeron 266-500 based on 66mhz)

Here's the problem...Ok I'll admit, I have no cooling yet but that should not be a problem under the current circumstances...I have my celeron on 83mhz with the multiplier on 4.5...thats 375 mhz for all ya who cant do math :-) the voltz are merely on 2.0...1st problem...it runs a little fishy...like right now...internet explorer is lets say...not refreshing fast. Everything seems to lag although I have not crashed yet. My temps are anywhere between 70 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit and I have no nocked up the voltage yet! What's the deal with that? I can not set the fsb to 100mhz b/c when I reboot the monitor never kicks on and then after i take the power out and restart again it tells me that the cpu is "not set right"...basically I can not go over and and a multiplier of 4.5 for some reason. the volt I can take up to 2.3 and it really does not seem to effect the temp anymore then it does now...any suggestions vets? HELP!! :-(

BTW...if i up the volts to 2.10 the temps are bet 90 and 120....never bolow or above and it's looks slightly prettier when before

Multipliers are lockend in newer Intel chips, so 4.5 is all you've got to work with. 70-120 is fairly decent teperature depending on your case temperatures and your heatsink. The lag could just be caused by your ISP, that or your modem doesn't like the high PCI speed very much.

My recommemdation, get a better heatsink, up the voltage, and try to get the 100fsb or a more stabel 83. If 100 stills doesn't start, you're SOL. Cooling should definitely your first priority in overclcoking. Never go cheap on this road. Once you do, increase the voltage to try to make it more stable. Run a few applications like 3DMark 2000 to test it

The vid card is AGP or PCI?

That FSB of 83 can cause cards and devices to become quite flaky. Try lowering it to 80 if that doesn't help try 75. Also many boards change the divider in the low 90's someplace. This could work for you since 100 will not boot so try 92, 93, 94 it prob will change around there.

My video card is integrated into the motherboard. Ok, I took a 350p2 and got the fsb to 133 and the multiplier at 4 or 3.5 (one or the other) it's at 467 with the volts around 2.10 ... working fine but I also just did a clean install of everything. Also, the temps are around 70-80 degrees F without any cooling. Not bad if I say so? It does,'t seem to go higher though, anyone know why?
