when is it good to use pc 3500? Could i use it with asus A7V8X-X? or stay with the 3200?

you can use it anytime you'd like but the reason people use pc3200 more is because of the chips that can give them a high O/C

It depends. If you have a CH-5 PC3200 and a BH-5 PC3500 then of course the PC3500 will be better. Now if you have a BH-5 PC3200 and a CH-5 PC3500, so you'll be able to overclock more in the end with the PC3200...
