vcore drop under load?

is it normal for the cpu's vcore to drop slightly under load. at idle mbm5 displays my vcore as 1.81v but when i run prime95 it drops to 1.78. is this right? i have a q-tec 550w psu. many thanks

yes that is normal unless you do a droop mod
