Dreamcast!

I think i've had my dreamcast for about a year now, ive got quite a few games, and im ordering 2 light guns for it soon :D . I wanted to know if anyone has some good game recomendations, is there anything like 'Dynasty Warriors'1/2/3 for the PS2 on the dreamcast? Some type of multiplayer action/hack n slash game. Also, what are some good games that use the light gun? I've got Virtua Cop 2, and House of the Dead 2 already.

I'd love to help you but all i play on my DC these days are RPG's and fighting games, though i'm sure you can find the info you want over at GameFAQ's....if you can stand dealing with some of those people that is.

my fav. games on the DC were Marvel vs. Capcom, Soul Cal, Grandia 2, Pirates of Arcadia...im sure there were more, but these were all good games :)

I think you're talking about Skies of Arcadia... Which had pirates...

I loved Shenmue. Incredibly immersive game. I loved it all.

Sonic Adventure 2, Skies of Arcadia, Shenmue, Soul Calibur, Quake 3, Re-Volt, Jet Grind Radio, Rez, oy the list goes on.

I lovee my Dreamcast, and would NEVER give it up/sell it!

Yeah ill never give mine up either ^.^ *dreamcast chant* I might try out some of thoughs games you guys mentioned, although ive played most of them, and im mostly interested in multiplayer games right now.

I'm surprised Crazy Taxi wasn't mentioned...I found that to be a fun "jump right in" kind of game...one which I haven't touched in a LONG time...lol.

Oh Jet Grind Radio! I love that game, its sequel (Jet Set Radio future) was one of the big reasons I bough an Xbox. Those two games where some of the most creative games I’ve ever played on a modern console.

I bought my GC @ 1st just because I played Soul Caliber II and loved it. :) Good game, I hear the original is fun, the second one sure is! :) I'd look into the original soul Caliber for DC vsing friends is great fun.

Jet grind radio, loved it. Crazy taxi, ditto. Soul Calibur, I was a nightmare *****. :( Shenmue, I really like the villages. It's the only game that I know of where you can try to get sonic figures out of a toy dispenser.

Dreamcast was awesome. Unfortunately it's biggest downfall was that it didn't have the 3rd party support like PS2. And doing ads like "It's thinking" while people are worried saddam might buy PS2s to make a supercomputer for wmd. It had no hope. :(

Best thing about a Dreamcast is that you can pick up a system for $20 at a reputable dealer such as Gamestop. Of course they are refurbished, but they do come with a warranty. And besides, $20 is way cheap in comparison to a PS2, XBOX, or Gamecube.

Don't get soul reaver. The ending will **** you off.

As for hack and slash game kiss, psycho circus is fun. Zero Gunner 2, ikurga, crazy taxi 2 are really good games. Heck, theres always NES and SNES on it too. The dreamcast makes battletoads look really nice.
