are 30MHz worth 20$ (mobile bartons)

20$ is the diffrence between the 2400+ and 2500+ baron mobile. Same L2 cache, just that the 2500+ runs 30MHz faster. Which one is worth the money. I haven't seen a lot of peple (if any) that had a 2400+ barton-m. I've seen several that had the 2500+. Does this have a reason?
