I am currently using 1GB of OCZ Performance series PC3200 with my P4 2.4 My current settings for my memory is 5:4 2-4-4-7
How can I improve my settings? My system seems to be very unstable at 1:1 ratio, why is that?

It's currently at 3215mhz at 1.7 volts. My bios will only let me up the voltage from 2.6 to 2.7 My current ratio is 5:4
I think that I'm bottlenecking at my ram.

hit them with the highest voltage and run it at 3/2 just to find out you're cpu max. then u can determine what is failing the memeory or the cpu. if the cpu runs higher than it does at the 5/4 setting, then back off on the timings see if that helps, cause memory bandwidth is secondary to cpu speed.
