New Board for 2500+

Looking for a board for my unlocked 2500+ to replace this piece of crap A7N8X that newegg rather nicely has let me return w/o any fees instead of having to rma it for another piece of junk(asus couldn't solve my problem in 2 weeks, first time i've called tech support this century and i get this experience) looks like my top 3 choices are NF7-S, AN7 and the DFI infinity. I'm not a hardcore oc'er but i would like this to run in the vicinity of 2300 or so but stability is most important. i will definitly need SATA raid built in. Built in audio is unimportant and gigabit lan really isnt either for the time being. Going to be using the zalman 7000cu until i can get my watercooling up and running so if there are any known issues with this heatsink and any of these boards i would appreciate knowing it. I am trying to keep this under about 110 or so. Thanks

i run a av7600 lots of extras, cost is about 60-75 dollars very ocing friendly sata raid as well.lots of mutlis to play with.
