Going from a 3/8" system to a 1/2 really soon.

Better block.
"Y" fitting
Chuvette HC
1-2 108cfm fans on rehostat
Res.

Picked up a Neomoses CPU & NB block.

Question is :
Is there anything, really, that I need to do different?
Other than I should've done it long ago....

3/8 sys was / is set up :
Pump/ Rad/CPU / Res

TIA

Any input appreciated.

Hey,

One thing you can do is yank those 3/8" fittings and get some brass 1/2". As for NB or CPU first, I'd personally go NB first just for the heck of it as it adds a fraction of a degree to the overall water temp.

Is the core shrouded adequately? That can also help.

cpu or nb first wont make much difference as Voodoo said, tho alot of people prefer to go cpu first. What really matter is wich way works best fo you, in a "tube routing" point of view.

Shroud, yes.

& Mxy is suppost to send me one of those "Fancy Brass" ones
he made.

NB cooler is 3/8".

CPU block is 1/2"

I was thinking of routing a line off the main (a "T")
to the NB. Then hav it dump into the Res after cooling the NB.

Still hav time to mess with it.

One precaution is that its gonna take up more space than the 3/8 system, and making a turn to the nb block if you go inseries might be difficult.
