NB Center to Center Hole Distances

I'm looking at getting either the DangerDen Z-Chip or the Swiftech MCW20, and I was wondering if the hole to hole mounting distance makes a difference. I know what it IS, but I don't know which block would be better...or if it even matters. I'm just hoping to be as compatible as possible with future chipsets.

The Swiftech goes from 2.05" (52.1mm) to 2.41" (61.4mm)

The Z-Chip goes from 2.10" to 2.43"

Also, does anyone know the distance for the DTek "FSB" NB cooler?
