Hello buddies!!! :-) Imagine a cool pIII 0,13 micron with 512kb full speed L2, pIV ass kicker running in our old system in some months, with a 150-155mhz FSB Oc, long live to our pc! The solution name shall be: Neo+ from powerleap... Some lucky Bx owners may not need it, just bios upgrade, some...
Take a look in what i readed in their forum:

Hi,
The Tulatin-512KB is an excellent CPU! Intel's changed their roadmap 3 days ago, they fear the Tualatin performance will embarass the P4, the latest info is Intel will push the Celeron to over 1GHz, put the Tualatin in the NB field.

Intel's put the Tualatin databook online a week ago, now you may get all the needed pin-out information. BTW, our Neo+ project is still alive and the sample shall be done in August. No idea about the production date.

Those old VIA and SIS chipsets based MBs definitely need the Neo+ for the Tualatin upgrade, BX boards might support it natively (Through a BIOS upgrade, but it depends on the MB GTL/GTL+ and AGTL Bus design). Stay tuned, please.

Cheers,

Paul at Powerleap

Lets Pray baby!!!! I think my last memory upgrade to a 256mb stick overclockerz pc166 Sdram shall have a nice partner in the future, cool to have a computer up to date for more than5-6 years in domestic apps... My cel400 became@570, upgraded to cel600 that became @950, and mayve some day a PIII1266 @ WHAT shall we spect from a 0,13 micron design...! Hmmm shall hurry my cooling projects... Good luck everyone.

I've got an Abit BH6 board. What's the chance of a company coming out with a converter card for the Tualatin chip to give it the voltage it needs to fit in a Slot 1 motherboard?

Do you know if it's supported by the i815E Pro?

Yes I've been well aware of this and covering this for quite some time now.

I am currently waiting for my eng. sample from powerleap for a pending review on my vp6 with dual tualtain-s chips..

Go to www.pricewatch.com and put in the search intel 1.2ghz or intel 1.26ghz.

Currently the lowest price is about $310.
Rumor has it prices will be cut at the end of this month.
