i need a good powersupply for under 35 dollars for ocing a amd athlon mobile rig that i will build in a few months and i am looking for a powersupply that will alow above 2.1 volts to the processor

for $35 there is not much good out there , at newegg a decent barand name 350watt starts at about $45.

$33 shipped, and it will easily let you get a great overclock out of your mobile Barton. I got to 2.7GHz/2.1v with essentially the same power supply. You don't need 350W, all you need is quality.

A Sparkle would be the same as a Fortron.
