if i used 2 resevoirs so like one would be filled with the water exiting a radiator and then that res would drain into another

No. In system resevoirs only delay equalibrium, they do not decrease temps one bit. An external huge res is something different but 2 resevoirs would certainly kill your flowrate. I always suggest a tee line instead of a resevoir, nothing to break or leak with a tee.

If you did that, wouldnt you just be re-circulating hot water? And that might raise your temps.

the system heat dissipation is made by the radiator, not the reservoir.

I know that. But, wouldnt it be like he's sending the water through the system 2 times before hitting the res finally? Or would the 2 reservoirs connect directly to eachother?

i was thinking if the 2 res would come after the radiator and one res would be above the other so it would drain in almost naturally

I saw 0 temp. difference going from a 10 gallon res to a t-line so I vote for no..
