Ive got the choice of either Corsair TWINX1024-3700 or TWINX1024-3200LLPRO
both are 2x512mb
What should I choose?

It will be running them with an Abit AI7 and a 3.2c cpu @ 3.6-3.8ghz, 225-237mhz fsb 1:1

How far can the 3200 get to with what timings? I heard that these are voltage limited with a on module voltage regulator.

How far can the 3700 get to, and what timings can these obtain even at slower speeds.

Ability to run full PAT is also important.

btw. These modules are the only option I have a choice on.
