If none of these are any good, what do you recomend? My limits is arround $200

I'd go with PC3500 as that DFI will hit 250MHz FSB or so. Anyway, you'd be best served by sticks with BH5 chips which can still be found on the 'net. But between the sticks you've listed, I'd go with the Geil as SimpleTech is more suited for stock settings and not overclocking.

Yes! Go with the Kreton, likely the best price per performance RAM out there.

It will do upwards of 245mhz and beyond @ CAS3 no problem, if only my chipset would be stable at those speeds....

I still have yet to find anyone with better RAM bandwidth (stable of course!) on a comparable Athlon system.

Can you do 2-2-2-6 at 220mhz with the Kreton RAM and 2.9v? Thanks!

Most likely no. Never even tried. Can't anyways, because my board doesn't do 2.9V VDimm.

At 2.8V, it will do slightly above 200 (202 if I remember correctly), at 2-2-2-5, before I get errors in Memtest.

anyone know another place to get this ram from, I had to wait untill payday and now they are outa stock and got no date listed for more to arrive. I cant seem to find it anywhere else.

It appears to be BH-5 by the default speeds they posted (200 w/ 6-2-2-2). But then again, you're paying more than 2X  the price.

190$ for 512mb of this stuff?

Or 184$ for 1GB of Kreton? It's quite likely the BH5 will clock higher with better timings, it's up to you whether double the price is justified by the gain in performance.

I'd put my money on the fact you'll get better overall performance with twice the RAM, than you would with the timing offset between the RAMs.
