those are my max OC's with my 1.8 duron...incredibly crappy, but that's besdies the point.

Which would be better for games and everyday multitasking?

Yeah, I would also say 200x10 256k cache. More cache will make a larger difference than 100Mhz higher clock.

i have durons and i notice the difference in gaming, go with 256k-
