I was assuming you meant there were no fan holes. I geuss I took it wrong.

If there are fan holes, then you just screw it on.

Ya, I get that. I guess I am wondering how to screw it to both, when the self tapping fan screws are so short. I can get it onto the case, but then how do I get it onto the BIX?

Most plastic fans have both the front and back mounting holes, so its easy to mount them on both a rad and a case. But with a solid mounting that goes through the whole fan hounsing, how?

Maybe I should just sacrifice a bit of cfm and go with the 120mm stealth or Papst?

I would get some threaded rod, and some washers if your screws are too short.

If it's too much hassle, just look for a different fan.

some 1.25" 6-32 screws should work. that is if the fan is 1" wide.

the bix shrouds come with screws to mount the fan, its a pretty nice setup.
